Communication - a process of exchanging information, experiences and information. Communication is an integral part of the functioning of the enterprise, and the manager spends on it from 50 to 90% of their working time. Communications can coordinate activities both within the enterprise and to establish external contacts. Communications in the enterprise (internal) are divided into two types: vertical and horizontal, vertical are divided in turn into ascending and descending.
Emerging Communications - is the process of transferring information from the artists (subordinates) to the head. This type of communication most often realized in the form of reports on activities and innovations.
On Decreasing communication - is the process of transferring information from the leader to subordinates (transfer of staff guidance).
Horizontal communication - a process of exchange of information between employees at the same level (line managers, who do not conform to each other). Horizontal communication occurs in order to share the results of work experience and personal information.
External communications - information exchange that occurs between now and the external environment, allows him to keep abreast of the needs of potential customers, of suppliers, intermediaries and competitors, and track new trends in science (inventions, technology).
